I’m a Managing Broker in Washington State with a background in brokerage operations, broker development, real estate systems, and professional education.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked closely with brokers across Washington, including serving as an instructor with the NWMLS. That experience gave me direct insight into how brokers operate day to day — what works well, where friction shows up, and what it takes to build stronger, more consistent business systems.
I approach real estate through a systems and process lens. With a Lean Six Sigma background, I focus on simplifying workflows, removing inefficiencies, and building repeatable practices for brokers, which results in better performance over time.
The goal is not complexity. It’s clarity, consistency, and better outcomes for brokers and the people they serve.
I’m currently reconnecting with professionals across Washington State and exploring opportunities where I can contribute at a higher level through broker leadership, operations, training, process improvement, and strategic support.
I work best with brokers who are already producing and ready to improve how they operate.
In most cases, the challenge isn’t effort or ability — it’s the absence of structured systems that create consistency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
